If you are making a purchase on our online boutique and do not yet have an account, you will be prompted to register. Your email address will serve as your login ID.
Creating an account allows you to:
• Save your billing and shipping addresses.
• Access your order history, invoices, and track the status of your current orders.
• Stay informed about new product launches and exclusive offers.
• Update your account settings, including your email, password, and addresses.

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an automated email with your shipping details and a tracking link. When your order is dispatched, our carrier will send you an email with tracking updates. You can also monitor your order status by logging into your Bain de Minuit account.

Yes! Bain de Minuit proudly ships worldwide via DHL Express.

All available items are in stock – unless stated otherwise on the product page – and are shipped within 24 hours. Delivery time depends on the selected shipping carrier. On average, delivery within Europe takes between 48 and 72 hours. International deliveries can take up to 7 days average or less.

If you get a coupon, you can use it when you are ready to proceed to the payment.

Once your cart has been approved, the coupon applies automatically to the total amount of your purchase.

Pre-order items are clearly marked with an estimated shipping date on their product page. Order cancellations for pre-order items will not be accepted. Bain de Minuit is committed to delivering your order within the specified timeframe. If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available. This approach helps us reduce our carbon footprint. However, if you wish to receive your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order so they can be shipped within 24 hours.

Is your favorite item out of stock? Don’t worry! Send us an email, and we will update you on potential restocks. However, as our collections are produced in limited quantities, some pieces may not be restocked. We also recommend subscribing to our newsletter to stay informed in real-time about restocks and new arrivals.

Returns & Exchanges

At this time, Bain de Minuit offers returns in exchange for store credit only. If you are considering a return and need assistance, feel free to reach out to us via email!
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you may return your original purchase to receive a store credit and place a new order. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You may try on your swimwear, but the protective hygiene sticker must remain intact and untouched if you wish to return the item.

Bain de Minuit reserves the right to refuse returns or send items back to the customer if they do not meet our return policy requirements. If you meet all return conditions, please visit our “Return Center” at the bottom of the page.

In your email, please include:
• Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
• Your first and last name used to place your order
• The email address associated with the order
Bain de Minuit reserves the right to refuse a return or send items back to the customer if they do not meet our return policy conditions.
For returns outside of Europe, we recommend insuring your shipment. Bain de Minuit is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages until they arrive at our facility.

Bain de Minuit is not responsible for any import taxes or fees related to receiving or returning a package.
Import taxes and fees amounts are decided by the customs agents of the country of delivery and Bain de Minuit has no control over these. Once a package has shipped out from our HQ we do not have any control of stopping the shipment. Once a package is in the hands of customs agents in your country of delivery, in the event you do not agree with the taxes inputed, there will be no other options for you than to pay the taxes for the customs to release your package. If you do not wish to pay these taxes they will destroy the package. In no way the package can be returned to us with non-paid taxes as these import taxes will be inputed to us.
If returning an item from outside Europe, any applicable duties or taxes will be the customer’s responsibility. For returns from outside Europe, please include your original invoice with the note “Return to Sender.»

Our team processes returns within 48-72 hours of receipt at our facility. You will receive an email confirmation with your store credit once your return has been processed.

If you receive an item that is defective or if there has been an error with your order, please contact us immediately at contact@baindeminuitswim.com. We will be happy to resolve the issue for you. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us. Please note that items that have been worn, washed, or had their tags removed cannot be returned as defective.

We encourage you to check the status of your order by reviewing the tracking link provided in your confirmation email. If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us. Please kindly check your spam folder if you have not received any email updates.
If your order is marked as “shipped,” the selected carrier is responsible for its delivery. In case of delays or lost packages, the responsibility lies with the carrier, and we recommend contacting their customer service directly to open a claim. Bain de Minuit cannot be held responsible for stolen packages once they have been delivered to the specified address. However, if you experience any issues, feel free to contact us at contact@baindeminuitswim.com, and we will do our best to assist you!

If you have already contacted us or submitted a request through our Return Center, please kindly check your spam folder. Feel free to reach out via Instagram—our Bain de Minuit team is always happy to help!

You can reuse the original packaging if it is still in good condition. Otherwise, feel free to use any packaging of your choice, ensuring it is sturdy, properly sealed, and suitable for shipping.

Good news …Store credits do not have an expiration date and can be used on our website all year round. They are also valid during promotional periods and on sale items. If you would like to use your store credit in multiple transactions, please reach out to us via email.

Our retail stores do not accept returns for online purchases. To return an item, you must go through our online return service.

Orders & Payments

Payments are processed through secure platforms: PayPal, Stripe, or credit card. We do not store any of your banking details.
Once your payment is accepted, your bank account will be charged as it would for any other purchase. You will receive a confirmation email—please check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.

You can download your invoice from your personal Bain de Minuit account on our website. Please note that invoices are only available once your order has been shipped.

If your payment is declined, you will need to place a new order. Unfortunately, we cannot reinstate an order once payment has been refused. If the issue persists, we recommend contacting your bank for further assistance. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions.

Ordered twice by mistake? Chose the wrong size? Entered the wrong shipping address? No worries! Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to modify it.

Our gift cards have no expiration date and can be used in one or multiple transactions.
Please note that gift cards are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. All gift card sales are final.

Gift cards and store credits can only be redeemed on our official Bain de Minuit website. They are not valid at our retail partners or pop-up events.

Mystery items can include one-of-a-kind bikinis and beautiful prints that are long ago retired or almost sold out in all sizes. Our mystery items allow you to receive a sweet surprise and try on new styles at an amazingly low price.
• Mystery Tops & Bottoms are always sold separately.
• Mystery Tops & Bottoms are chosen randomly by our team and don’t match ! However, in some instances, you may receive a matching set.
• We are not able to accomodate any special requests for specific styles, cuts, prints or colors but will always add pieced in the size you requested.
• Mystery items are Final Sale and can not be returned for a refund, store credit or be exchanged.

Products & Sizing

Our swimsuits are made from high-quality Italian fabrics. With proper care, they are designed to last!
• Hand wash only.
• Rinse with fresh water after each use, especially after swimming in chlorinated pools, as chlorine may affect the fabric quality.
• Air dry in the shade—prolonged exposure to sunlight may cause colors to fade.
• Avoid contact with sunscreen or body lotions, as they may leave permanent stains.
• Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or iron your swimsuit.

Bain de Minuit swimsuits are crafted from fully recycled materials, including nylon waste from discarded fishing nets, leftover textiles from factories, and recycled plastic bottles.

RETURN CENTER

Returning an item is simple!
1. Enter your order number and email address below
2. Indicate which products you are returning
3. Let us know the reason for the return

Continue following the instructions. Once your request is complete, click “Send.” You will soon receive an email confirming that your return request has been received.

Our customer service team will get back to you within 24 hours to approve your request and send you the return form.

Please note that all requests submitted over the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Choose your preferred shipping carrier for the return. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking. BAIN DE MINUIT is not responsible for items lost by the carrier during return shipment.
