INFORMATIONS GENERALES

If you make a purchase on our website and you don’t have an account yet, you will be invited to save your informations. Your email address will be asked and used as your login ID.

Creating your account has the advantages to:

  • Save your billing and shipping address for your future orders.
  • Have an overview on previous orders and bills, orders status in progress, as well as parcel tracking.
  • Being the first to hear about products launching and exclusive offers.
  • You can change your account settings at all time, such as your ID, your password or your personal infos.

As soon as your order is approved, a confirmation email with all shipping info will be emailed to you. You will be provided with a tracking number from the carrier you’ve selected.

You can also keep track on your order while log into your Bain de Minuit account.

Sometimes our emails can get lost in your spam box, we encourage you to double check.

Everything we sell is in stock (unless mentioned). All our products are shipped within 24hours (business days only) from France .

Delivery time is up to the selected carrier and is specified to you when you select it.

For Domestic Orders (France and Europe):

It takes approximately 48 to 72 hours for your Bain de Minuit to arrive to you !

*For International Orders :

Please refer to your selected carrier website for specific informations depending on where you live !

If you get a coupon, you can use it when you are ready to proceed to the payment.

Once your cart has been approved, the coupon applies automatically to the total amount of your purchase.

You can download all your receipts after placing an order by login into your BAIN DE MINUIT account.

Receipts are available right after the shipping of your items.

BAIN DE MINUIT accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit card, and PayPal payments.

Your payment is proceed by a secured bank: PayPal or Stripe.

Our e-shop DOES NOT keep any of your bank data.

Once your payment has been approved, your bank account is charged like any other purchases you make !

You will receive an email to notify you that the order has been approved.

Check your spam box, it may arrive in it.

You have made a mistake while ordering ? You have ordered twice the same product and paid twice, you have chosen the wrong size, you have entered the wrong shipping address …

No worries ! Contact us immediately !

If the parcel has not been shipped yet, we can modify the mistake.

Our swimwear are all made of high quality Italian fabric. If you take care well of them, they will last forever !

  1. Handwash always.
  2. Rinse your swimi in cold water right after each use, high amount of chlorine can damage it !
  3. Let it dry in the shade.
  4. Avoid direct contact with sunscreens, tanning oil that can stain and damage you swimi !

The shipping carrier chosen at the time of checkout is responsible for the delivery of your package. In the case of a lost package or a delay in the delivery, it is the responsibility of the carrier and all inquiries must be directed to the carrier.

BAIN DE MINUIT is not liable in such case.

INFORMATIONS RETOURS

BAIN DE MINUIT offers store credit only at this time.

If you would like to exchange something for a different size or style, please return the original item for a store credit and place a new order.

  • Items may be returned within 21 days from time of delivery for store credit.
  • Unworn items must be returned in their original packaging, with hygienic liner* still attached, all their swim tags and their garment bag.
  • While trying swimwear bottom on, do not take off their hygienic liner if you want to return the product later.
  • Note that we do NOT accept returns on sale or promo code items. (*Exception made on items bought with coupon from the first order only).

BAIN DE MINUIT reserves the right to refuse the package and/or return the item(s) back to the sender should the merchandise not abide by our returns policy.

  • As soon as we receive and control your return item in our BAIN DE MINUIT HQ, we will send you the store credit by email.

Please allow 1-4 business days for your return to be processed and store credit to be issued.

  • Store credit have NO EXPIRATION … how good is that ?

All customers are responsible for postage payments. We will not refund the shipping costs. 

We will issue a store credit for the complete cost of the returned item.

The only instance in which BAIN DE MINUIT will cover postage costs will be in the event of a faulty or incorrectly posted item.

In the unlikely case that you receive a faulty item, please email us at contact@baindeminuitswim.com and we will promptly assist to resolve the issue.

In this case, shipping charges will be refunded.

Please note, if you wear the received incorrect order or faulty garment this voids the return. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, unused and all sanitary pads and swing tags attached.

To make a return, nothing easier !

  • Enter below your order number + email
  • Select item/s to return
  • Select return reason

Continue to follow the prompts, and once completed click Submit Return Request. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the Return Request is sent.

Our customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours with an approval email.

Please note that all inquires sent over the week end will be processed during the week.

Choose carefully your carrier for your return. We advice you to chose one that includes a tracking number as BAIN DE MINUIT is not liable for any loss or issues related to the carrier for a return.
